Welcome to our journal about the human psyche. Our main concern is mental health and human growth. Through articles and videos we try hard to explore the human condition from a psychological point of view. We do our best to present the field of psychology in a manner that spurs new insights, call upon introspection and inspire positive change, vitality and open-mindedness. We work as psychologists in Norway, and our main goal is to promote psychological theory to professionals and the general public, and we hope to encourage elevating debates about human potentialities.
